Electronic Files: Please supply Macintosh files.

Software: QuarkXpress with photos saved as TIFFs.

Fonts: Include printer and screen fonts, along with support files. No True Type fonts.

Medium: One zip disk or CD-ROM per magazine.

Proofs: One Iris, Canon or other acceptable color proof must accompany each color ad. Color images must be 300 dpi, CMYK and color corrected.

PDFs: PDFs must meet printer requirements for each publication.

If materials other than the above are submitted, neither NCM nor the publications accept responsibility for final product. Proofs are supplied by publishers upon request. NCM does not assume responsibility for errors in key numbers. All materials will be destroyed after one year unless otherwise instructed by the advertiser. A fee will be charged for alterations requested by the advertiser.
